Rock climbing after BHR
« on: July 07, 2019, 10:42:09 AM »
I'm 10 years out on the left hip, 8 months on the right.  My only limitations rock climbing have nothing to do with my hip.  ROM seems fully functional, no pain on hikes or moves.  Last climbing season was spent dealing with increasing pain and lack of movement, ending with walking around on trekking poles almost everywhere, no matter how short the walk, in the month prior to surgery.  This summer is soooo much more fun!
