Has anyone had a problem with their vision since their surgery..   I have noticed that I seem to have weaker vision after I had this surgery 3 weeks ago..  I would like to hear if anyone also has these problems..    thank you ...

I've never heard of anybody's vision changing as a result of surgery, might be something to bring up to your doctor or even your regular doctor.

Vision changes that happen quick can be an indication of diabetes so I would check just to make sure.

I second Chuck's concern.  Your blood sugar could be either too high or too low.  Of course, your suddenly weaker vision could be caused by any number of factors, so best to talk to your doc.

If you're in your early 40's, you could simply be suffering the early signs of presbyopia, the affliction affecting all us old farts over 40 who suddenly find themselves needing reading glasses.

With presbyopia, it would really be just a coincidence that you're experiencing symptoms now, although I find that anything that makes me tired tends to negatively affect my close vision.

I have noticed that my vision has deteriorated since surgery and have told my husband this a few times. When I'm reading I'm having to hold the book farther away as it's blurry if held too close. This is a change for me as I've always prided myself on having perfect eyesight. I was blaming the pain medication but as I haven't taken it for weeks I'm now thinking it's my age. I'll be 48 in a few days so I'm not too worried as I'm aware that you start having eyesight changes from around age 40. My blood sugar is perfect so it's definitely not that.
It's worth mentioning it to your dr though. I'm planning on getting a long overdue eyesight test soon.

I complained about slightly blurry vision at about the end of week 1; the vision got better the less pain medication I took (oxicodone).  As soon as I quit taking the oxicodone, the vision came back to normal.
