I am about 9 weeks post-op, and finished with Physical Therapy.  My issue is that I still have a limp.  No pain in the hip, but, I believe it is caused by the incision area.  Did/Does anybody else have this issue?  Will it go away?

well, you're never really finished with physical therapy.  Keep stretching, and strengthening. It takes awhile to regain the range of motion lost through pre-existing and soft tissue damage during surgery.

I have had problems with this same thing.  My Dr. told me that it was due to weak muscles - and it appears that he is right.  I had my surgery 14 months ago and every time I slack off on my exercises that limp comes back.  My words of advice are if you don't want to limp - keep exercising and if you don't want to squeak - keep hydrated! Wish I had known both of those things ahead of time.  It would have saved me lots of worrying.
