loving life again.

I just want to post because I'm happy.  I had my resurfacing on Oct. 24th of last year with Dr. Gross.  I've been feeling great, but this weekend I finally realized how great it is to be pain free again. I played volleyball on the 4th with no problems and even got out on the kneeboard, which I was thinking I probably would never do again.  I took it easy but it still felt great!   I'm also going to be doing my first sprint triathlon this since resurfacing this weekend.  I don't run much anymore but have used eleptical and water jogging for my training.  I can't wait.  So if you waiting or recovering hang in there you should feel well again.
