I had my left hip resurfaced by Dr. Gross in February 2004. Unfortunately, my current insurance will not pay for Dr. Gross (out of network). I found the name of Dr. Michael Swank on the list of doctors. He's in Cincinnati, OH. Does anyone have any details about his or has anyone used him for resurfacing?  Thanks
