Leg Ache after almost nine months!!!

It started off as what felt like a groin pull, but now it has moved and it is at the top of the leg in the center where I bend my leg.  It hurts in the front It feels like it is in the bone.  I see the doctor on Thursday.  It hurts tremendously when I am sleeping and it hurts to lift  my leg.  Anyone every experience anything like this.  I am starting to really worry because I am a small female.  (Well, my bones are small, but my butt isn't, lol).  Do you think it is okay to wait until Thursday.  I'm nervous but try not to think about it.  What could it be?  Should I push for an earlier appointment?  The groin pull pain might not even be related.  Anyone ever experience something like this?
