I started wearing these after being diagnosed with osteoarthritis last year but didn't wear them all the time but at nearly 3/12 post BHR started wearing them again and now wear them all the time.   They are amazing, since started wearing them my ROM has increased significantly feel far more comfortable than in ordinary shoes, like walking on air and am hoping because they reduce impact on joints my new hip will last longer and won't have to worry about the other hip for a long time. They are fab whether you have a joint problem or not but at moment really seem to be helping me. I work 2 days a week and have to stand nearly all day my legs normally ache ++ but not with mbt's !!!!!!

You're right they are wonderful shoes. I have told many people about them. My friend turned me on to them and I am very grateful to her. They have some new styles that are neat.
