finsbury/dupuy ceramic RS device

It looks like they trademarked the name in 2009?  Have the trials been started or done?  how long after that do they roll out, in general.  i'm not holding my breath, just wondering what the normal scenario is.

Before I had my BHR installed I went on a proper quest to find myself the most gucci high tech device known to man as I though that newest ment best. I have since discovered that this isn't always the case.
However in my little quest I had quite a bit of email corispondence with one of the surgeons developing this and he told me that he thought it would come to trial sometime this year. However I don't know how long trials last and obviously being a first trial you don't know what your getting!

I'm happy with my finsbury adept, Danny are you still talking to Jeremy about this? When I need the other one done I shall look into it.

Hay gary,
              No I havnt spoken to him about it for a while now. I kinda decided to play safe and go with a device with the best&longest track record. I still am interested in the ceramic options though. I would want to see the shatter resistance improved though.
