you are doing great mike .

i had a hit of golf the other day and it was fantastic, i could easily swing through the ball which i could not achieve 2 mnths ago. i have a little electric cart which i walk beside then jump on when im tired.

i can relate to your newspaper on the floor scenario, little steps mean a lot.i cut my own toenails this morn  :D :D ;D

i was exstatic when i threw the crutches in the corner, straight from 2 to none.  :)

Yes, the best part of this whole journey is walking without crutches or cane!

Still on crutches until Wednesday, but I mowed about 1/2 acre of weeds today on my lawn tractor.  I'm sitting a lot more comfortably on it now than I was even before the first surgery.  Had a hard time getting my legs far enough apart to use the pedals on both sides.  This is a good thing because we have a bumper crop this spring, and I haven't been able to do a thing about it since early February.
