Speed Laces! Sometimes called EZ Laces or Yankz! You can get them at any running store...I use them for racing. Love them! Put them in my shoes prior to surgery.

Thanks - I shoudl have thought about them - the kids have them in their shoes but I am just an old fart - I have good progress over teh last couple of weeks so I think I could tie them now.

Later in the summer when i get my second hip do I will put the speed laces on my shoes prior to surgery and all the other things I have learned from this site and during recovery  ::).

Whoa!!! I have a bunch of those and never thought of using them I am such a dummy. I am going to put them on my sneakers now. Thanks guys.
