That's great! How's the hip itself?

I had a drop foot caused by nerve damage from a back injury several years ago.  My physiatrist did tests and at the time he thought it would be permanent.  It took a couple years but finally cleared up.  But nerve damage around the 1981 incision for knee surgery still has no feeling around it.

Well it's great your foot drop cleared up, nerves are touchy things.

That is great news.  It helps others to know sometimes, it does take patience and time to heal.  I am so happy for you that the problem has resolved itself.

Thanks for giving us an update.  Good Luck.

Thanks for the update. I have just posted about foot drop occurring after my BHR and the continual pins and needles from my shin to my toes. I am only 5 days post op so 2 years seems a little daunting but I have been trying to find encouraging stories.
