I have at least a couple of months wait. I don't know if I'm really hurting that much more or if it's just that I know that relief is around the corner. NSAID's aren't doing squat and I'm not going to go to a doctor and ask for anything else this close to surgery. Waiting on Dr. Gross's office to call to schedule now. Ugh!! I wonder what the chances are someone could cancel and I could move up?

Dr. Gross sometimes does have people that cancel their surgeries, so I would say you have a good chance.

Call their office and tell them you'll even take standby seating now.

Also, let them know the pain you are in.

     Hang in there.  I got moved up a month when Dr. Gross  added some Friday surgeries to his schedule (when not lecturing, cutting etc., I guess). Let them know so they can call if you are flexible to move things up.  Can't hurt to ask.
