I will be having my right hip surgery,BHR, in Nov. at Lahey Clinic.  Anyone else here near Boston that knows a GOOD PT.

Hey Cantab, did you find a good PT person? I can recommend Bay State Physical Therapy if they're near you - they have several locations.

Yeah,  I've been going to Pro-Ex in Woburn since week 3 postop.  They have been really good, going slow with what I can handle, no assisted stretching until after the six week checkup and the surgeon removes the restrictions. I have been doing the bike for 15 minutes or the last week the eliptical.  Also doing lots of other exercises, feels pretty good most days.
