Dissolving Suture Issue

I have had problems with the dissolving sutures since week 3, I am now at week 18.  At 4 weeks the doctor had to take me back into the OR to debride and close up the incision as the internal sutures were pushing out thru the skin.  As only half of the incision was split open he only did the problem areas.  At week 17 I had to have a 3rd surgery to do the same thing to the other half.  By this poit the suture material had dissolved but my body attacked it like an infection.
