Hello all- I am just past 13 weeks already and feel very well, no complaints at all from a functional perspective.  I have one annoying issue which is a very itchy scar.  Is this normal at this point?  I have tried vitamin e oil on the scar (massaging it in) thinking it might just be dry.  I can't seem to get rid of the itch.  The area does not look infected at all.  The scar does seem quite raised yet.

I'm 5weeks ahead of you and my scar itches quite often. I think it's probably just a symptom of the healing process.

That is a symptom of the healing process.  Try getting a foam roller to break the scar tissue, it does help.
