Deal. Dr said that the hip will be as strong as the other hip about one year post op. been riding on trainer and swimming and elliptical. My plan would be to start doing plyos first to get the leg ready for running again. So next march would be one year. That will give me the whole summer and next to get ready. I am not trying to finish but kick Louisville in the ass. It's a hot sob and not for the faint of heart :). I will need that time to get ready so I can qualify. I really like dr Domb He's an ex athlete himself and well "gets it". We sat down and talked like we were having coffee. Team hippy for IM Louisville!
