Well done Steve- one hip is a lot to contend with but you bilateral hippys are an admirable bunch.
Some of the best advice I've been given on here is- Don't compare your recovery to anyone else and, keep it simple in the first few weeks.
One other thing I'd advise anyone is to keep the crutches/stick as long as necessary and develop a good straight gait.

Home - I am sure it feels good.  I spent a few days on the ground floor so I did not have to go up and down stairs.  Good to be home  ;D

Way to go Steve,

I just had 2nd hip done 3 weeks ago, after 4+ years with only one BHR.  More motion in both now than I have had in years.  Every day will be better and you'll probably bore your friends to death with how good you feel.  Be ready to rest though, two big cuts take a lot out of you to heal, so when you start to think you're tired, you really are and it's good for you to nap or doze.
