I can't believe this, I pinched a nerve in my back. My muscles in my back are hard as rocks. Had a massage that helped for a day. I

can walk but crooked and bent, my hip isn't helping the cause. Oh brother!! I'm afraid to ask what next. We press on!!

Have you tried soaking in a nice hot bath.  It might help.  Also, try these two stretches.  First get on all fours and stretch back so you are like a Muslim facing Mecca.  Next, come back up and arch your back like a cat.  Alternate and see if it stretches you back out.  I always works for me.

That helped. I slept well. Very tender today and I committed to go to the Lions game today. Well, I guess I'll be laid up awhile so....
