Happy New Year to you and the others here.  I was just thinking of yet another success story yesterday.  Just like Woody, I've been working on my house a lot the last few days.  I was kneeling in the closet installing and painting trim.  Lots of kneeling and no pain.  Last time I did any serious work on my knees was before HR, OUCH!  it was probably the most painful type of OA pain I had.  Anyway, not an ounce of pain, now, and I can even step up from a kneel with a paint can in one hand and a paint brush in the other, without using my hands to stand.

Off to get a brewski, I'll hoist a few for all of you.    :)
