One Year Anniversary Today

... and feeling great.  What a difference in my life.  I can now do the following things I could not do a year ago:

• Walk my dogs
  Ice skate
  Put on my sock without the sock tool (shoes too!)
  Bend down to dress
  Clip my toenails
  Get in and out of my car without pain
  Workout and stretch
  Walk without a cane and in NO pain
  Sleep/sit without pain

Aboslutely amazing!!!  Thanks to all on this site that have provided support and guidance during the past year.  You guys are awesome![/list]
