Hello Folks!

20 Months post op here and I'm a completely new man. I've said it before, without my shark bite scars, I would never of known I had surgery. Life has completely returned to normal and I wouldn't hesitate recommending the surgery to anyone.

Now, since this website is a great source of information: I want to increase my flexibility as I play hockey more and more often. I used to be able to do the splits years ago, and I may have lost that ability, but I'd like to regain some of it.

What does anyone recommend ? Yoga? More PT?.. I'd like to be lazy and have someone stretch me out actually!@ I've actually changed style playing hockey because of my flexibility has passed where it was a few years prior to surgery. (Honestly, I want to do splits again!)...

How do I achieve!?!?

Hey Mr. Box! great to hear from you.

I would look at Yoga and pilates. Good core strengthening and stretching.

Keep up the happy stuff, it's nice to hear.
