I have my right hip surgery 11 months ago with Dr. Gross.  I was on the recovery fast track and religiously did my home PT.  At 6 mos all restrictions were lifted so I started going back to the gym - scaled and slowly.  I also continued my PT although not as frequently as before. 11 months out and I'm doing great with most things except certain gym movements.  I go light on squats but still have pain in the hip and groin.  Very shaky and unstable during any movements where I stand on my right foot (RDL's, etc).  When doing deadlifts it feels as though I'm doing all the work with my left leg even though I am making a conscious effort to evenly distribute the weight across both legs.  Its discouraging.   Anyone else have similar issues?  My fear is that I may have damaged something by coming out of the gate too fast at 6mos.
