We Recover at different paces and I find the stories interesting

Great job Pat on this website. I've read the stories and can not find out anyone could find any of them offensive. I'm starting to remember your experience Pat when you had surgery in Belgium.  I find reading about everybodys experience and recovery intereting and it is jogging the memory of my 1st resurf. I followed Dr Kennedys orders to take it very easy for 10 days. Just walk and the exercises. The older we get the longer it takes to heal. This time I plan on doing the same thing. I want to be able t say 2 yrs from now that my 2nd hip feels as good as my 1st one.  I will listen to my body and hope this recoup will go as well.

I know Dr Gross doesn't do PT's and I found them a waste of time and money. That's just my 2 cents and experience.

I think following Dr. Kennedy's post op recovery techniques again will be good for you.  You know it worked once and should work fine again.

I hope you will be able to find a doctor that you feel as good about as Dr. Kennedy.
