Hey Pat,
I just posted Dr Donald Garbuz's #, which I forgot to add in an earlier post, but this time, I forgot to add his local #.  Its been just over four months since the surgery and I think I'm still feeling the effects of the meds!!  ;-))  He's up passed the 800 resurfacings mark.
