Dannywayoflife Surgery this week

Hey everyone,

Please post a encouraging word or two for the young man known as Dannywayoflife who is scheduled for surgery this week with Mr. Treacy.  He has been a great source of knowledge and encouragement to myself and countless others on this site over the last year or so.  Having read his story and all the barriers he has had to overcome to make his surgery happen, I am happy to see him close to getting all fixed up.  FINALLY IT IS YOUR TIME!

Wow guys thanks! rob you are a true friend! And I'm sure you will also get the outcome that you rightfully deserve, it's been good having you to chat to for the last few months and I hoe I can be a help to you In the months to come!
Also I'd like to thank pat for running this wonderful site as with out it the lord only knows where I'd be ( probably not getting a hr from one of the worldsbest) thanks to the site I feel like I'm getting the right treatment for me as I say if I hadn't stumbled across this site I think I may well have listened to some of the self proclaimed world class surgeons I saw who just literally talked s<#t!
Thanks to you all and I look forward to writing up my exerience after the op and the months to come!

I think Danny's been on this board just about as long as I have.  Of all the people I've seen posting here, it seems to me that he's had to work just about the hardest, wait the longest, and fight the system to get the treatment that he needs.

Mike - I totally agree.

I recall complimented Danny on his long struggle awhile back, quite inspiring being much younger than many of us and dealing with insurance issues.  A testament to fighting the good fight and never giving up, and now Danny, you have one of the best surgeon's in the world, I gather a new BHR, tons of knowledge about HR, and a scar to prove it.

Thanks guys but I genuinely could not of done it with out my family my lovely wife for putting up with me and by no means least all of you!
