Thank you hipnhop. I have fought the beginning of the fight successfully. Here at 6 days post op though I am feeling frustrated. I, like

most,am not used to all the relaxing and relying on others for help. I am feeling better everyday but still have serious pain in my thigh.

I may have pushed my pt to hard the last two days. I know.."patience". Your article and story are just what I needed this

Very impressive story. A half IM was the final straw for my hip, and I went from preparing for my first IM to wondering if I would ever walk again. I've put IM out of my mind for a long time - maybe I'll have to re-think that!

Mate awesome article! It sucks having something you love been torn from you like many of us have had happen, but the thing that would break me more than loosing my sports and lifestyle would be giving up my dog. That must have been the hardest things you've ever done mate.
