On May 7th 2020 I decided to have resurfacing surgery on my right hip to finally fix my bone on bone issue I been dealing with the last 3 years! The Country’s stoppage was a blessing in disguise for me in terms of allowing me to have the time to recover from this surgery and be mentally & physically ready for the upcoming 2020-2021 NBA season. I’m feeling amazing and grinding everyday! My story is far from over, THE MARATHON CONTINUES!!! 🏁🏁🏁

Great and had the same experience with - Dr Su - I am one-year into recovery.

I am also one year out from receiving a right bhr by Dr Su but I also received a left bhr by Dr Su 12 years ago.
Skiing, hunting, swimming and running on a treadmill with no issues!

Nice story!  I'm sure there are difference's in each Doctor's post surgery recovery protocol.  For comparison, Dr Gross advised me not to do any internal rotation for 6 months as the 3 short rotator tendons are cut, then reattached in surgery need time (half a year) to heal.  I would be so disappointed to pop them.  So I cringed when I heard his personal trainer talk about internal rotation and hope he was patient with the process. God bless him.  Live to play another day.
