I had a wild weekend.  It was my five month LBHR anniversary on Saturday (YAHOO!), but it was a year ago I resigned from search and rescue (kind of sad).  So I had a lot to prove.  I successfully climbed a 5.10 and snowshoed two days in a row so was exhausted by Sunday night but no significant pain.  So from a hip standpoint, I’ve come a long way in five months but I realized I have a ways to go to get to SAR shape again â€" mostly muscle stamina.  Attached are pics of easier climbs (my belayer was also the photographer and I wanted all hands on the rope for the 5.10).  It is so hard for me to know how far to push my hip which is why I monitor Eric and a few others that I feel push harder.  I have to get strong before my RBHR in the Fall or early next year.  I do have a big smile when I realize how much pain I had when I resigned last year and the fact that I’m pain free this year!

That is awesome.  Great job in your rehab.

Keep up the great rehabbing, you give/gave hope to many future hippies.
