Important information - gym walker

Hi friends,

I'm four month post op and doing great.
I had a talk with my doctor regarding the walker in the gym.
He told me that doing bike in the gym is ok but the walkers are not good for us because the braking system of the walker is problematic.
So, the best is to walk outside and enjoy the view  :)

Each doctor has their own opinions and recovery protocol. 

My doctor told me to walk, walk and walk.  Outside is the best if the weather is good - much more fun and more scenery.
