I have questions about the Villa in Belgium

My husband and I are going to Belgium for surgery with Dr. De Smet on November 1st.  I have sent an e-mail to the Villa and to Hugo and they have not responded to the following questions:
Do they have laundry facilities at the Villa?
Are there internet connections in the rooms?
We are staying in Villa #6 and I want to know what size the beds are.  Does anyone know?  It looks like a King in the picture but I was not sure.

I did not stay at the Villa, I stayed at the Holiday Inn before there was a Villa.  So I can't help you with your questions from my own experience.

I am pretty sure that the rooms do have wi-fi in them. 

I certainly would email Hugo back and ask you questions again.  You are going to pay top dollar for your room and need to know the information.  He certainly should answer.  Maybe he did not understand your questions or did not get your email.  Sometimes Dr. De Smet doesn't quite understand questions and definitely often answers in unusual English.  That is because their English is not quite as good as ours.  But there is no problem talking with them in person.

I got a Go Pingo service before I went to Belgium.  It let me call back for 6 cents a minute to the US and call from US to Belgium for 4 cents a minute.  I actually called the Holiday Inn and Hugo before I went to Belgium to make sure everything was set.  It didn't cost hardly anything.  It made me feel better to actually talk with the people.  The Go Pingo account was very easy to use in Belgium since there was a local access number. My Mom even called me in the hospital.  You do have to remind everyone that Belgium is 6 hours ahead of the US, or at least in Ohio.

You could joint the Yahoo Surface Hippy Group and ask the same question - there are many new De Smet Hippies there. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/surfacehippy/  This group is still pretty small. The Yahoo Group has over 6000 members.

Did you read Michelle's and Shirleys Bakers De Smet Hip Stories?  http://www.surfacehippy.info/hipstories.php  They are very detailed.

I am sorry I don't have first hand knowledge of the Villa, it was before my time!
