About 3 months post op. Riding my bike for at least 30 minutes daily up hills down hills, but no off road. Was given the okay to skate, but no public skating here this summer, so that'll have to wait. Golfing 18 holes a couple times a week. Walking the front nine and using a cart for part of the back nine. No pain to speak of, but have been very stiff at times, primarily in the front of my hip. Early on, my groin was tender and that concerned me quite a bit, but that's gone. My ol' PT exercises along with a short walk, seem to loosen the hip when it's stiff and tight. NOW, I have to decide if I really want to go back to hockey. I'm really enjoying not being in so much pain every day.
Take care,
Joe
