Hello.  I'm new to the group.  I've consulted with a local (St. Louis) doctor and Dr. Gross.  Is there an easy way to find which doctors use the postior approach?  I'm trying to find out who the possibilities are besides Dr. Gross.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
