Experience with Amstutz or Schmalzried in LA?

I live in Albuquerque and to my knowledge the only doctor doing BHR in NM is Archibeque. He's not taking new patients and I doubt he's done many BHRs.
So, I'm considering where to fly to have BHR. LA appeals as it is a short SW flight.
Does anyone have experience with Amstutz or Schmalzreid in LA?
