I just has a reply on another topic.  I found some exercises on the internet for the illio tendon and I am feeling some good relief so far.  I don't know why doctors and PTs don't have the knowledge to throw at you without injections and further surgery.   I just hope I am on to something and that I can move without the nagging pain all the time.  For being so active, the body sure is fussy sometimes.
