Day three Post Op

Just got done walking about a block, which is better than pre surgery! So exciting not to have knee pain shooting down my shin and deep hip pain taking my breath away! Now all I'm doing is toe to heel strides focusing with my walker on limp free walking, it feels great, if anyone is on the fence about BHR they should trust me, and go to the other side as soon as possible! I am high from excitement I'm 40 years young again! PT came today and we worked on my stride and also did stairs! I am suffering only from a damn headache of all things no pain just headache perhaps side effect from meds? Idk.  ??? Anyway my muscles in my quads are stronger today than yesterday and I slept peacefully all through the night no worries here! Thanking my Lord Jesus for all the strength & healing he provided for me.

Three days and better than pre-surgery. Now that sounds good.
