H1 all ceramic 15 month postop update

Well it has been a full-on 5 months since my last update!
I found out I qualified for as an age-grouper for Team GB in the world aquathlon champs in Pontevedra, Spain in May 2019.
I passed the one year postop landmark feeling strong and ready to crank-up the run training.
I have just completed my first run race for over 5 years and managed 21:32 for 5k - not at all fast but going in the right direction.
My hip feels great - all those squats, lunges, bridging, hopping, jumping ... seems to have worked.
About to start next phase of run training to include speedwork and plyometrics plus strength training in the gym - hope to be under 20 mins in the summer :-)
