Considering a therapy option for tendon issued in my BHR leg.  Need to verify the metal composite used in BHR prior to starting therapy.  I've looked at several sites but nothing is stated about the composite used in the metal on metal BHR.  I appreciate any help in verifying materials so I can get to work on my tendon issue.

I do not know if this will be sufficient for you needs, but the primary metals are Chromium and Cobalt. I am not 100% sure, but I believe that there is also a small amount of Nickel.

Cobalt, chromium, molybdenum and a trace of nickel, it's a standard medical alloy in use for c 70 years

Why do you need to know the composition of the alloy in order to get therapy on your tendon?

Thanks for the help.  I've discussed a form of magnetic therapy that may speed up my recovery.  However, there is concern about potential reaction with the metal implant.
