I had been experiencing clicking  noises in a number of my joints, when moving, and of course I was worried about the onset of arthritis throughout my body.

My mother introduced me to this natural remidy, which is made from Scandinavian rosehip powder. A lot of people swear by it, athletes included.

I have been taking it for a month or so, and I have noticed an improvement in my joints, in that the clicking has subsided quite a lot.

Does anyone else use this? Does it work for anyone else?

When I was in junior school, many years ago, my class mates said that because my knees clicked I was going to get arthritis when I was grown up.

How right they were. Got it in my hips.
