Anyone for cricket?

Hi there, everyone. I'm new here but it's one hell of a site with properly informed people on it. Does anyone play cricket? I ask as I had a left hip resurfacing on November 29. My mobility is getting better and I am starting to walk a few steps without my crutches. I know it isn't the most strenuous activity in the world but I am a fast bowler and when I land on my left leg, 4 and a half times my body weight (15 stone 6) goes through the joint. Does anyone think I will have any problems putting this kind of stress through the joint? I will be asking Mr O'Hara at the Royal Orthopaedic in Birmingham when I go back to him in a week but wanted other advice too please. Thanks in advance
