Dr. Vincent Fowble or Florida recommendations please.

Has anyone had experience with this doctor? He is on the list as having performed 450+ resurfacings and I was hoping to get a little information before making an appointment.

I can also go to Miami, Tampa .. or anywhere for the right doctor with experience, a good attitude and someone who's not afraid to answer questions. Please, please help me find a doctor! Thanks :P
