A little Pain A year Later BHR

I am almost one year out on right hip BHR,i am experiencing a little pain.I have been very active lately crawling around attic and doing a lot of low level task's.Could this cause some pain?

Yes I think so, you should rest, ice it, and take some IB and see how that works. moe
