Some high Chromium level side effcts

Okay, just had a big laugh.. I read off some of the side effects from high chromium levels: *Skin irritation, headaches, lightheadedness, nausea, mood swings, coordination problems, difficulty thinking

Okay, so yeah... Maybe the last four years aren't all hormonal.
Sorry to be so publicly "female" but this is driving me nuts.

And this site is helping me put some  other things together.
