Hi Guy&Gals,
                   i was going through some of my stuff at my parents house earlyier and o came accross a Bodytek Electronic Muscle Stimulator that i used to use for injury rehab. And i just wondered if anyone had any experience with using one to help there rehab?
I thought it might be a good tool to work the muscles arond the hip whilst at rest and to help get the flow of blood going in the area?
Is there any reason i shouldnt try this after i have my op?
