Hi, Someone mentioned ice pack recipes but I did not see the details on what worked.  Any feedback for getting a stock of ice packs?

I used a bit less liquid but maintained the 3 to 1 ratio, my hospital (HSS) gave me a few of their unused Ice Bags to fill and they worked great.
