PT recommendations?

I have my follow-up appointment with Dr. Su in a couple of weeks and he will clear me for physical therapy.  I don't know if I should return to the same therapist I was seeing last year before I had the resurfacing or not.  When I had told her that I was at the time considering THR, she was the one that told me about Dr. Su and hip resurfacing.  It would be kind of nice to go full circle and return to her for physical therapy but I'm not sure she may be the best choice.  Are there certain things I should look for in a physical therapist for hip resurfacing?  I live in Hunterdon County, NJ which is central west NJ.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

The most important thing is were you comfortable with her?  Will she motivate you in a way that you will need?  The fact that she already knows about hip resurfacing is a major plus!
