Hip shockwave, anyone? (presurf)

I know this isn't technically a  resurf question but the members here are obviously very well informed and hungry for getting the best treatments available for their hips.

I'm looking for a treatment center offering hip shockwave therapy.  It is an "investigational" therapy in the USA so nobody offers it but I'm hoping to find someone hailing from a region where ESWT is utilized.  Most of the research i've found comes out of Taiwan, Germany and Italy.

Looks like you already got hip "shock" therapy from that tree.  ???   Never heard of it, but sounds interesting.
