no way i could do both same time, the pain would have to be unbelievable for that to happen.

When I went back for my six weeks post op, after looking at the X rays, my Dr came in talking about my other hip. He finally told me my left one looked good after asking when I wanted to do the right and if I wanted to at least try a shot in it that day!
Last summer I really didn't know which one I would have chosen to do first though. So far the right seems to be getting better. I hope it isn't just the rest it received and will flare up again soon.
After reading this thread, I feel very fortunate that resurfacing the left hip has worked so well for me.
