Resurfacing with Dr. Pritchard in Seattle??

Hello  I am an ex surface hippy...back again much to my chagrin!  I found this site so helpful 7 years ago when I did a resurface with Dr. Gross in Columbia.  Now I am considering Dr. Pritchard in Seattle mainly for distance (and I believe a very good record) I live in Montana.  I would love to hear from anyone that has had Dr. Pritchard and right now I am looking at costs.  As I see here I'm not alone in the world of poorly paying Blue Cross policies!  It IS so nice to hear the comment....no pain   is PRICELESS!!  I agree and have been so happy with my 7 year old resurface!!  Any information on costs of Seattle hospitalization?  (Swedish..I believe)  Any more info on BC paying "out of network" as I will be?  I welcome any Seattle advice!  Thank you!!  Patty J  MT
