Hi guys,

I've kind of been AWOL of late. Really been struggling with my moods due to this Psoas issue. Still no light at the end of the tunnel with it and can see another trip to see Mr T soon.

I am back at work though, albeit on a gradual return to full hours. Managed to get away with one day this past week!
