Sorry to beat a dead horse here, but a friend of my Wife's suggested appealing to BCBS to accept Dr. Rogerson at full payment.  I thought the appeals process was only for unapproved procedures but if it is possible to appeal for full payment so I can have my hip resurfaced in Madison I deffinately want to try.  Has anyone heard of this before??  thanks.  Al.
